Inspections cannot be completed accurately under these conditions.

- [ ] It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate airspace authorization has been submitted and approved.
If authorization is required, you must either:- Confirm it has been received from Eberl, or
- Apply for it (e.g., through Further Coordination) within 24 hours of receiving the assignment.
# 3. Documentation & Compliance
- [ ] Part 107 Certificate (on hand)
- [ ] Proof of Drone FAA Registration (on hand)
- [ ] Proof of Insurance – POF (on hand)
- [ ] Driver's License (on hand)
- [ ] W-9
- [ ] MSA (Contract)
- [ ] Background Check Consent
# 4. Flight Preparation
- [ ] Route(s) planned
- [ ] Schedule(s) confirmed
- [ ] e360 platform checked for updates or new assignments
- [ ] Drone manufacturer app and firmware updates checked/applied
- [ ] Airspace clearance confirmed (TFRs, Restricted, Military Ops)
# 5. Equipment Check
- [ ] Drone and batteries fully charged
- [ ] Controllers, cables, and spare propellers packed
- [ ] Mobile battery pack charged and packed
- [ ] Measuring tools (laser/app) and external light source included
- [ ] Damage Check (Cracks, swollen battery)
# 6. Appearance
- [ ] Professional attire – Collared Shirt and pants (no political, slogan, or unapproved logos)
- [ ] Only approved e360-branded clothing should be worn
