SECTION 3: General Image Guidelines

• [ ] Capture all components listed in the app for main dwelling, guest house, workshops etc. — even if no damage is visible.
• [ ] Do not photograph full interior, we only need rooms where damage is present. (Test inspections = 1 room only.)
• [ ] Contents like BBQs, patio furniture, playsets, plastic sheds → capture under Contents section.
• [ ] Fences – If no fence exists, take clear photos of each property line: F, R, B, L showing its absence.
• [ ] Avoid repetitive images – 1 overview + up to 3 close-ups is enough for gutters/downspouts.
• [ ] If present always include: windows, doors, soffits, gutters, downspouts, electrical panels, etc. even if no damage is visible.
