SECTION 1. THE GENERAL PROCESS

Here at Eberl, we are always trying to find the best way to help streamline the claims and underwriting inspection process for our committed inspectors. We wanted to reach out to you, EberlInspectors, and share our process for properly performing the inspection that you all are doing.  We, Eberl Operations Team, have been and still are line pilots and know from the ground up what you are going through from the good to the bad. No matter what type of inspection claims or underwriting, our general process is about the same, although the flight patterns and shot lists are different. In addition, the 4-Point can be more challenging when attempting to set up a time with the insured for the interior portion of the inspection. Our intention of this EberlInspector Guidelines is to try and streamline your process and help make your day as efficient as possible. The whole intent is to prepare, prepare and prepare you even more so that you can be successful with Eberl while on this journey together. With that said, here is the process you should follow.
