# SECTION 4. ISSUES YOU MAY RUN INTO
# 1. Drone Cannot Take Off
You might need to do a self-unlock if there is an airspace issue. Go into the DJI app and attempt a takeoff. You should be prompted with a window and a question list to check off and agree to. Once completed, the top bar should change from red to green. Close out of the DJI App and go back into the Eberl360™ app and attempt again. If the Eberl360™ app says aircraft disconnected, go back one screen and back into drone images. It should work.
# 2. Eberl360™ App
If our app cannot connect to the drone - the easiest fix that works most, but not all the time, is to unplug your mobile device from the controller and then plug it back in. Hit reconnect. If that does not work, turn everything off, then turn it back on. The old CTL, ALT, Delete trick. You can call this the Constant Resetting.
# 3. Angry Neighbors
This one is always fun to handle. Just stay calm and professional. Let them know you are licensed by the FAA and you’re performing an insurance inspection NOT associated with their home. You’re not taking pictures of them or their home. That usually settles down most people we have encountered.
