# SECTION 2: Pilot Mindset & Safety Readiness – Stay Sharp, Stay Safe

# 1. Professional Attitude

  • Approach each inspection with care and integrity — represent yourself and e360 with professionalism
Remember: It’s not your call to determine whether there is damage.
Your role is to document everything listed in the scope of work provided.
  • Be respectful to property owners, clients, and the public — your attitude reflects the entire team
  • Maintain focus — avoid distractions and multitasking during flight operations

# 2. Situational Awareness

  • Scan your surroundings before and during flight (people, pets, powerlines, weather changes)
  • Know your exit routes and emergency landing zones
  • Monitor battery levels and flight limits — plan for safe return before low battery warnings

# 3. Environmental Conditions

  • Check wind, rain, and lighting conditions — delay if safety is compromised
  • Be cautious of heat exposure — hydrate and take breaks as needed
  • Maintain safe distances from people, animals, and structures

# 4. Mental Readiness

  • Rested, clear-headed, and alert — don’t fly fatigued, distracted, or under pressure
  • Take a moment to breathe and ground yourself
  • If something feels off — pause and reassess. Safety first, always.

Stay sharp, stay aware, and fly with purpose — the mission isn’t done until you’re home safe.
