For RC Pro and RC Pro 2 controllers:
You will need to install the Chrome APK via sd card unless you already have this on your smart controller � select the Chrome browser when prompted via MFA code.
- Both compatible (DII drones with released SDK) and non-compatible drones may be used for inspections
- Only compatible drones can use e360 or e360 M3 PilotApp (app selection depends on drone model)
- DjI is currently the only drone manufacturer on the compatible drones list
Note: At this time, the E360 Pilot App only works with drones that have official DJI SDK (Software Development Kit) support. The SDK is what allows our app to connect directly to the drone, manage flight functions, and capture the required image sets automatically. If a drone model doesn’t have SDK support, it won’t be recognized or controllable within the app.
That said, you are not limited from working with us if you have one of these drones. You can still capture the required images using the drone’s native app and then upload them through our web portal. The important part is that all required images (roof sets, elevations, close-ups, etc.) are captured accurately.
