RC Pro and RC Pro 2 controllers (or any DJI smart controller that supports third-party apps): You will need to install the Chrome APK unless you already have it on your smart controller — select the Chrome browser as default browser when prompted via MFA code.
Both Compatible ( DJI Drones that DJI has release SDK ) and non-compatible drones may be used to complete inspections, but only compatible drones will be able to use the e360 or e360 M3 App ( app to use is dependent on your drone model ). DJI is currently the only drone manufacturer on the compatible drones list.
You can only fly your drone through the E360 App if your drone model supports the DJI SDK (Software Development Kit) and your controller or device supports third-party apps. The SDK allows the E360 App to connect to the drone and guide you through capturing the required image sets, helping ensure that all required photos are taken and labeled correctly.
If your drone does not support the DJI SDK, or your controller does not allow third-party apps, you can still capture the required images using the drone's native flight app and upload them through our web portal.
Refer to the Drone Compatibility List in Section 4 for a full breakdown of all compatible drones and the controllers that support third-party apps. A download link for the appropriate app or APK (if required) is provided at the top of each page for those specific models.
