# 1. What platform or app will pilots use to receive and complete assignments?

Pilots will use the Eberl Inspections App that corresponds with their specific device and/or drone model. Below is a breakdown of platforms and installation methods based on device type:

Important: If your third-party capable smart controller model (e.g. RC Pro, or RC Pro 2) does not already include a Chrome browser, you'll need to install the Chrome APK via SD card. When logging into the app and prompted with MFA (multi-factor authentication), select Chrome as your browser.

Drone Compatibility

  • Only drones that DJI released the SDK for are compatible with the Eberl Inspections App.
  • DJI is currently the only drone manufacturer that our Eberl Inspections Apps are "compatible".
  • You may use non-compatible drones, they will just require manual image upload via the web app.

# 2. Can I manually upload images?

If your drone is not compatible with the Eberl Inspections Apps, you can upload inspection images manually using the Eberl Pilot Web App: using the same User and PWD that you use to sign-in to your Eberl Inspections App.

# Payment Method & Schedule

  • Payments are issued via direct deposit each Friday.
  • To be included in the next Friday's payout, all images must be submitted and QA approved, no later than 10:00 PM MST the Saturday prior.
    • For example, if images are submitted and QA approved by 10:00 PM MST on July 12, payment for that job will be issued on Friday, July 19.
  • Statements are emailed each Thursday providing a list of each project to be paid on Friday.
    • For example, for Friday, July 19 payments, a statement will be emailed, Thursday, July 18.
  • For multiple inspections within a single trip, each case will be evaluated individually to establish the price per inspection, taking into account batch inspections. (Ex: 3 inspections within 150 miles round trip, will consider mileage and base pay for a single inspection and base for the two remaining inspections.)
